i love how my sister and i both love food. probably as much as we love each other. :-) hehe.
my mom has gone slightly overboard with ordering food since we've got relatives from the states over at our house. this afternoon we picked up a dozen mini bibingka cakes and we decided to have two for ourselves.
yummy bibingka with toasted queso de bola!
the toasted queso de bola is super super easy to make. just grate the cheese and then put it on a toaster tray and pop it into the toaster! it's super yummy, it comes out like really crispy cheese chips.
she had hers with coffee and i had mine with nesquik chocolate milk. :-)
